CRPEP & Works Affairs Continue Coordination

The Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) held a coordination meeting with the Human Resources Directorate of Works Affairs in the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning to ensure licensing of all Engineers working in Works Affairs in various engineering disciplines and updating their data with the Council in line with the provisions of the law which regulates the practice of engineering professions.
The meeting addressed the importance of raising the efficiency of Engineers through training programs and professional certificates approved by the Council, including the professional certificates for quantity surveyors as regulated by the circular issued by the Council on 6th August 2020, as well as the need to update the data of engineers working in the Ministry.
The CRPEP Vice-Chairman, Dr. Abdul Majeed Habib Abdul Karim, praised the continuous cooperation and coordination between the Council and the Ministry to ensure the enforcement of the provisions of the law and the advancement and advancement of engineers in the Ministry.
