"CRPEP" Floats a Tender for its Process Automation

The Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) has issued a tender to automate the Council’s processes and introduce an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Tender Board.

The CRPEP Chairman, Eng. Maryam Ahmed Jumaan, stated that – in line with the CRPEP Strategic Plan for the current term – the CRPEP is working to transform all paper-based processes into electronic processes, including submitting licensing applications for Engineers and Engineering Offices and evaluating the applications electronically, cloud storage of the database, accounting system, and integration with government data, integration of the electronic system and the CRPEP’s website, based on the highest cybersecurity specifications and policies approved by the Information and eGovernment Authority. And all of which are essential elements and modules that suppliers must provide. There are also additional/optional items in the tender such as digitizing the paper archive.
