Entesar Jasim
Head, Inspection
Arch. Entesar Jasim Al Nama is the Head of Inspection at the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP). She joined CRPEP in 2018.
Entesar has a BSc degree in Architecture, PGC in Quantity Surveying, MSc in Engineering Management, and currently she is a PhD candidate in Business Analytics - Management.
Entesar is a RIBA chartered architect with 17 years of experience in the field of project management, architectural design, master planning, site inspection, interdisciplinary coordination, and regulatory monitoring. Entesar involved in the design of great diversity of challenging projects of all scales including mixed use developments, hotels, offices, commercial, educational, residential, industrial, and religious buildings in addition to master planning across the Middle East region.
Entesar's experience extends to include project management of design and site operations activities of multidisciplinary projects, project financial monitoring, project documentation, design/technical review and technical reporting, check compliance with local and international design standards, client interface, control building activities in heritage zones and regulatory monitoring.
Entesar's current role at the Council includes monitoring the compliance of engineers and engineering entities to Law No. (51) of 2014 with respect to Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions.
